Each plan will include a monthly subscription. There is a minimum of two months of subscription. Cancellations need to be 30 days in advance.
Running plans will include training for distances such as the 5K to the Marathon. We also offer a run/walk or maintenance plan if your goals are just to be in shape.
Strength training is included with every running plan because it is the foundation that will take your running to a new level.
We will meet with you once a month by phone or Zoom for 30 minutes. We are there to help you keep on track and adjust as needed.
